Cell Towers Grant Program Final Guidelines Now Available
Final guidelines for the Cell Towers Grant Program are available for review here. Applications will open Wednesday, May 31. Complete information is also available on DED's ARPA Broadband webpage.
Entertainment Industry Grant Program Now Open for Applications
The Entertainment Industry Grant Program opened for applications on May 11 at 10 a.m. CST. You can apply now using the MO DED ARPA Federal Initiatives Submission Manager. Please note that you will need to sign up for a Submittable account to apply.
After receiving feedback about the previously announced Entertainment Industry Grant program, DED has reissued guidance for the program. Revised final guidelines are available here. Complete information is also available on DED's ARPA’s tourism webpage.

Nonprofit Grant Program Guidelines Now Available
The final guidelines for the Nonprofit Grant Program are now available. The application is expected to be available on May 31, 2023.

State awards $75 million in ARPA funding to help develop shovel-ready industrial sites statewide
The Department of Economic Development (DED) announced that it has awarded a total of $75 million through the Industrial Site Development Grant Program for 15 projects across the state. The program, funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), is focused on helping communities develop shovel-ready industrial sites to support business expansion and attraction.
State awards $30 million in ARPA funding to support statewide recovery of tourism industry
The Department of Economic Development (DED) announced that it has awarded a total of $30 million through the Local Tourism Asset Development Grant Program for 26 projects across the state. The program, funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), is focused on supporting projects that further the recovery of the tourism, travel, and hospitality industries.
Second ARPA application cycle for the Community Revitalization Grant Program – specific to North Region
The Department is now accepting applications to the second cycle of the Community Revitalization Grant Program – North Region. Applicants must be located in and proposing projects to serve the North region, as identified on the MO Regional Map. Applications can be accessed at MO DED ARPA Federal Initiatives Submission Manager (submittable.com), and must be submitted no later than 11:59 pm on May 26, 2023. State awards $94.15 million in ARPA funding to help revitalize Missouri communities
The Department of Economic Development (DED) announced that it has awarded a total of $94.15 million through the Community Revitalization Grant Program for 70 projects across the state. The program, funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), is focused on investing in communities of all sizes to support local priorities, encourage economic recovery, and build resilience for the future.
State awards $30 million in ARPA funding to help companies find and train workers
The Department of Economic Development (DED) announced the award of $30 million through the ARPA Workforce Training Grant Program. The program, funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), is focused on helping companies address workforce shortages by recruiting and training thousands of Missourians.
State awards $261 million through the ARPA Broadband Infrastructure Grant Program to fund 60 broadband expansion projects
The Department of Economic Development (DED) announced that it has awarded a total of $261 million through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Broadband Infrastructure Grant Program to 60 recipients for projects that will expand and improve internet access statewide. Projects receiving funds are expected to create more than 55,000 connections in locations that previously lacked adequate internet access.

Small Business Grant Program Award Announcements
DED began award announcements for the Small Business Grant Program on Friday, January 20, 2023. Award announcements will continue on an ongoing basis via Submittable messaging until all applicants have been notified.
To date, we have received applications requesting funding greater than the $10 million available for the program. As such, applications closed on November 30 at 12 p.m. FAQs for the Small Business Grant Program are now available here.
